First Time? How to Register on SEC³URE
New to SEC³URE? Complete these steps before your first visit to an IntelliCentrics-credentialed facility.
1
Create your account at sec3ure.com/register
Enter your personal details, company name, product specialty, and territory. Verify your email address before uploading documents.
2
Upload your documents
Upload all required credentials (see checklist below). Accepted file formats are PDF and JPG. Blurry or low-resolution scans are a common rejection reason — use clear, legible files.
3
Request access to your target facilities
Search for each hospital in the SEC³URE portal and submit an access request. Some facilities have additional site-specific requirements — check each one individually.
4
Approval typically takes 3–7 business days
You'll receive an email notification once approved. Ensure all documents are fully uploaded before submitting — incomplete applications take longer.
Commonly Required Documents
⚠️ Note: Requirements vary by facility. Always verify the specific requirements for your hospital inside the SEC³URE portal before your visit.

Common Issues & Troubleshooting
The SEC³URE portal isn't loading properly ▾
SEC³URE works best in Chrome or Firefox. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, disable browser extensions one at a time — ad blockers sometimes interfere with the portal's JavaScript.
My document was rejected — what do I do? ▾
Common rejection reasons: expired document, wrong file format, image too small or blurry, or missing required information. Check the rejection reason in your dashboard, fix the document, and re-upload. A rejection on one document doesn't affect other approved documents.
Is SEC³URE the same as IntelliCentrics? ▾
Yes — SEC³URE is the vendor-facing portal operated by IntelliCentrics. When a hospital says it uses "IntelliCentrics" for vendor credentialing, sec3ure.com is the platform you log in to. The two names refer to the same credentialing system.
