O.R. Trax Vendor Credentialing Guide

How reps get credentialed, check in by app and receive surgical schedule notifications through O.R. Trax.

What O.R. Trax is

O.R. Trax is an independent vendor credentialing company based in the Tampa, Florida area. It describes itself as specializing in "vendor credentialing, automated surgical schedule notification, and visitor management" — so alongside credentialing it pushes operating-room schedules out to the reps who are already cleared to attend.

The company was co-founded by Abram Liverio and Todd St. Louis and says it is entirely self-funded, started "with zero investors, zero loans."

How check-in works for a rep

O.R. Trax is app-first rather than kiosk-first. Its published workflow is:

  1. You open the O.R. Trax mobile app on arrival at the facility.
  2. The system confirms your credentials are current and compliant.
  3. A digital badge displays your photo, name, company, appointment and live status.
  4. Every check-in, credential status and visit detail is recorded for the facility's compliance reporting.

Compliance screening

O.R. Trax states that OIG exclusion monitoring and SAM list screening are included for all vendors — the two federal exclusion checks most hospitals require before granting a rep access.

Surgical schedule notifications

The feature that distinguishes O.R. Trax from a pure credentialing system is automated notification: once you are credentialed at a facility, the platform pushes relevant surgical schedule information to you rather than leaving you to chase it. That is a facility-configured feature, so what you receive depends on the hospital.

What it costs

O.R. Trax says the platform costs participating facilities nothing, and that vendors pay for access. Rep-side pricing is not published on their site, so we are not going to quote a figure — you will see current pricing during registration.

Which hospitals use it

O.R. Trax does not publish a facility list, and we do not attribute individual hospitals to a platform without source data for that specific facility. If a hospital has told you to credential through O.R. Trax and our directory shows something else, tell us and we will check it.

Find the platform for any hospital in your territory

Search nearly 18,000 U.S. hospitals, surgery centers and clinics to see which vendor credentialing platform each one uses.
