How to Register on HealthTrust VPro

  1. Go to hpro.healthtrustpg.com and click Vendor Registration to create your company account.
  2. Select your product/service category. This determines which compliance documents and insurance requirements apply.
  3. Upload required documents - general liability insurance certificate, W-9, business license, and product-specific certifications.
  4. Complete background check authorization for each individual sales rep who will access HCA facilities.
  5. Pay the applicable credentialing fee. Fee amounts vary by vendor category - check VPro for current pricing.
  6. Wait for review and approval. Approval typically takes 2-6 weeks.
  7. Download your credential badge/certificate and carry it when visiting any HCA-affiliated facility.

Common Credentialing Requirements at HCA Hospitals

General Liability Insurance

Minimum $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate. Certificate required with HCA listed as additional insured.

Background Check

Individual background screening required for each vendor rep through a VPro-approved screening partner.

Drug Screen

10-panel drug screen required. Must be completed within the required timeframe before facility access.

Immunization Records

Flu shot, TB test, Hepatitis B documentation. Annual flu vaccine required each season.

HIPAA Training

Annual HIPAA compliance training certificate required for all vendor reps accessing patient care areas.

W-9 / Business License

Current W-9 form and state business license or registration documents for your company.
