Centura Health (now operating as CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region) is one of the most comprehensive health care networks in Colorado and Kansas. Operating 17 hospitals and hundreds of care sites, Centura Health has served the Mountain West region for more than a century. The system includes several critical access hospitals serving rural communities in addition to major urban medical centers.
Centura Health uses Symplr for vendor credentialing across its facilities. All vendor representatives must register and maintain active credentials in Symplr before visiting Centura Health facilities.

Register at symplr.com with your company information and select the Centura / CommonSpirit Mountain Region facilities relevant to your territory.
Submit all credentialing documentation: insurance certificates, background check results, drug screening, HIPAA training, and immunization records.
Each Centura facility reviews applications on a rolling basis. Standard approval takes 5–14 business days.
Use the Symplr check-in system at each facility. Some high-security departments may have additional escort requirements.
