Upload all required credentials (see checklist below). Accepted file formats are PDF and JPG. Blurry or low-resolution scans are a common rejection reason — use clear, legible files.

Request access to your target facilities
Search for each hospital in the SEC3URE portal and submit an access request. Some facilities have additional site-specific requirements — check each one individually.

Approval typically takes 3–7 business days
You'll receive an email notification once approved. Ensure all documents are fully uploaded before submitting — incomplete applications take longer.

My document was rejected — what do I do? ▾
Common rejection reasons: expired document, wrong file format, image too small or blurry, or missing required information. Check the rejection reason in your dashboard, fix the document, and re-upload. A rejection on one document doesn't affect other approved documents.
Is SEC3URE the same as IntelliCentrics? ▾
Yes — SEC3URE is the vendor-facing portal operated by IntelliCentrics. When a hospital says it uses "IntelliCentrics" for vendor credentialing, sec3ure.com is the platform you log in to. The two names refer to the same credentialing system.
