How to Get Credentialed at Mayo Clinic

Follow these steps to register through Symplr and gain access to Mayo Clinic facilities.

Go to app.symplr.com and register as a new vendor representative. Use your company email address.

Once logged in, search for "Mayo Clinic" and select the specific facility or campus you need access to. Each location may have separate requirements.

Upload all required documentation (see checklist below). Documents must be current and match your profile information exactly.

Pay the Credentialing Fee

Complete the annual Symplr credentialing fee payment. Typical range is $150–$295/year. This fee is separate from any Mayo Clinic charges.

Await Approval

Mayo Clinic will review your submission. Processing typically takes 5–15 business days. You’ll receive an email from Symplr once approved.

Check In at Each Visit

Once credentialed, use the Symplr mobile app or kiosk to check in and out each time you visit a Mayo Clinic facility. Badge required on-site.
