How to Log In to GHX Vendormate

If you already have an account, follow these steps to access your Vendormate credentialing dashboard.

Go to the Login Page

Navigate to login.ghx.com — this is the current official GHX Single Sign-On portal for Vendormate Credentialing.

Enter Your Username

Type your work email address as your username and click Next.

Enter Your Password

Enter your password and click Log In. If you have forgotten your password, click "Contact Customer Care" on the login page.

Select Vendormate Credentialing

After logging in, select Vendormate Credentialing from the available applications to access your compliance dashboard.

Review Your My Credentials Page

Your dashboard shows all uploaded documents and policy acknowledgements required by each hospital you are registered with. Check the Documents and Policies tabs to see your current compliance status.

How to Register as a New Vendor on GHX Vendormate

New to GHX Vendormate? Follow these steps to create your account and begin the credentialing process.

Visit login.ghx.com and look for the Vendormate new supplier registration link on the login page.

Register Your Company

Enter your company name, your work email, and create a password. You will need to verify your email address before proceeding.

Choose a Service Plan

GHX Vendormate offers Gold, Platinum, and Diamond service tiers. Each tier includes different levels of credential processing speed, included training courses, and support access. Review current plan details and pricing on the GHX website before selecting.

Upload Required Documents

Complete your credential profile by uploading the documents required by the hospitals you will be visiting. Required documents vary by facility — see the checklist section below for typical requirements.

Complete Required Training

Depending on your plan and hospital requirements, you may need to complete online training courses (e.g., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens). Course certificates are automatically added to your profile upon completion.

Receive Your Digital Badge

Once your credentials are reviewed and approved, you will receive a digital badge through the Vendormate mobile app, allowing you to check in at participating hospital facilities.

Troubleshooting Common GHX Vendormate Issues

Go to login.ghx.com and click "Contact Customer Care" on the login page. GHX Customer Support can reset your password and help with account access issues. Your username is your work email address.
Log in to your Vendormate dashboard at login.ghx.com and navigate to the My Credentials page. Under the Documents tab, you will see which documents have expired and what actions are needed to renew them. Upload updated documents promptly to restore your compliance status before your next facility visit.
