2

Complete Your Vendor Profile

Fill in your personal and company details including product categories, territory, and any existing credentialing documentation. A complete profile speeds up facility approvals.

3

Upload Required Documents

Submit your immunization records, background check results, drug screen, and any required training certificates. See the requirements section below. Documents are stored securely in the Vendormate platform.

4

Search for CommonSpirit Facilities

Use the Vendormate directory to find and request access to the specific CommonSpirit Health or CHI-branded facilities you need to visit. Each facility manages its own access approvals.

5

Complete Facility-Required Training

Some CommonSpirit facilities require completion of HIPAA training, infection control, or facility-specific orientation modules within Vendormate before granting access.

6

Await Facility Approval

Each CommonSpirit facility credentialing team reviews your profile independently. Approval typically takes 5–15 business days. You will receive a notification in Vendormate when approved.

7

Maintain Current Credentials

Renew your immunizations, background check, and drug screen before they expire. Vendormate will notify you of upcoming expirations. Lapsed credentials result in automatic access suspension.
